I'll take the catted downpipes... when installed you will not receive the SEL right? Also, do the catted downpipes smell or just cattless? With the cats is their more restriction?

Unfortunately, you will get an occasional CEL. You'll need a tune with the DP fix, because the cats on the DPs are 200 cell vice 400 cell on the stock DPs. I had them with the Vanguard exhaust and they ran great! No smell, no issues.

Couldn't tell you. I never had to deal with emissions tests.
