Naples or Fort Myers for BMW dealer service?

I am new to the Naples/Fort Myers area, living roughly half way between both dealerships and was looking for insight on which of the 2 dealers has the best service. I have a 2010 335i cab, and will be needing to bring the car in for routine service shortly so just looking to get some local perspective on the 2 dealers service reviews. Any and all help appreciated.
Regards, JP

I have a 2010 335i as well.

I like Naples - Germain BMW. Easy going and you never feel rushed.

Fort Myers is owned by Sonic Automotive so they're more corporate and less willing to deal. I always feel more pressured there.

I also went to Fort Myers when I had a low tire warning light. Bought my car from Naples - Germain with Nitro in the tires. Fort Myers said they didn't have Nitro. Every car shop around I know of has nitro, it seemed odd that Fort Myers didn't.

Exotic car care Jason- 239. Four five four 1711

That's who you need to call/go, way better service and pricing than either dealership. He used to work at the Naples dealership.

Thanks for the info. As the car is under warranty I will be staying with a BMW dealer.

I have had great luck with both dealers. Unfortunately, BMW of FM best SA Eddie recently left to go to Mini of FM. I've never felt pressured at that dealer and they have gone above and beyond to take care of me a few times when I was in a bind (blow out on a run flat while heading to court (I'm a lawyer)). They got me in and out with a loaner off the lot so fast I didn't even miss my hearing. That said, I recently needed service and went to Germain as I had moved down to Naples. I think they're the better dealer in all honesty. Nothing against FM, they're great. I just think the overall feel and experience at Germain was slightly better.

Agree, I recently found out that Eddie left and it kinda sucks. Because he was the only normal SA in there.
OP, I been to both, and I have to say that the Naples BMW dealership is better in any aspect.

That sucks, he was my SA as well and was the only cool one that didn't give me crap about my mods.

One of the main reasons I really liked him as well. Not only was he knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to help me out, but he also never said a word about my mods. I think that was a big loss for that dealer.

Late to the party but another vote for Naples. SA-Ryan and Tech-Justin are both good guys.

I see you've made your decision already, but ill add my 2 cents in case anyone else finds this thread useful.

I used to go to BMW of FM until they told me really rough idle and cutting out under load was "normal for these cars". I too am under warranty so I brought it to Germain in Naples. It took three visits, but they were able to resolve the issues. They first changed spark plugs and coils. Next, HPFP and all the injectors. Finally, they carbon blasted the intake valves and that resolved the problem.

I will say that BMW of FM replaced my brakes and rotors at 5mm pad left while Germain has said that they have to wait until 3mm.

Hope this helps.

A positive update.
Took my car in for service at BMW of Naples yesterday and I was treated exceptionally well by Victor. On a drive down from Tampa a service prompt came on for brake fluid, so I called and made an appointment for the very next day. As the car is still under warranty, they took the opportunity to change the bad fog light bulb, brake rotors (brakes were pulsating a bit), brake pads, oil change (it was due in a few hundred miles), did the battery recall, new spark plugs and air filter...plus a few other little things...and gave me a new 328i to use while the car was in service. I will be honest...I have never been treated quite so well by any other dealership and that includes other BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche and Mazda dealers....so I will be sticking with them. Thanks again for the info

Victor is awesome.
He always makes sure I am up to date on all my Maintenance.

Germain as a whole always treats me great.

You must have missed my post that said I was very happy with Germain BMW. That and the fact that I was looking for insight on the Naples vs Fort Myers locations. I don't see the need to travel 3 hours out of my way to get service done.
