I'm confused. It looks like Dustin was in fact trying to help you out. He even tried to call you and your phone was off? It's tough to tell the time frame involved from the above. So based on the info you provided, and nothing else, it really does appear that they were trying to help out.
By the way they have stated many times that their preferred method of commumication is through their tech support tab on their web site. Is this what you did first, or did you try to go through this forum?

Yes, it will do no good. My thought is that if you are not having any problems with the PROcede, you are golden. If you are however, your time will be eaten alive while going back and forth with a limited support staff. I don't run my business this way because I know that without my customers, I am nothing.
