E92 320d (auto) Mpg

Hi guys was wondering if someone can advise me. I have an e92 auto 320d (177) and have been reading varying mpg figures on the forum. Its kind of worried me as im usually getting around 31-32mpg driving around town fairly light footed in D mode. Rarely use kick down, and rarely need to overtake or anything. Is this normal mpg for this particular car/engine as i have read people getting around 38+ around town.

Any info is appreciated, thanks peeps !

That's abit low that is!

I would go into the hidden BC menu(how to guide on here) and get up coolant temp!

Check how long it takes to warm up and at what temp!

Could well be a thermostat issue, or certainly the easiest to rule out if not!

I have a 330d auto e90 and I get 30-32mpg with 70/30 town driving. I drive like a tit to be honest. The idrive shows 26mpg. Have you checked it using tank to tank? Also mine is remapped and de-dpf so it's by no means standard.

I would expect 38 from a 320 auto around town, also check coolant temps

As above, check the thremostats as 32mpg around town is way too low for a 320d.
