Oil Leak on Incline

So I have been noticing a small oil leak coming from underneath my car when parked on an incline. It's not coming from the motor area, but further back. Finally got time and jack to get underneath and took some pics. What is this leaking from and should I be concerned?

For orientation, in the first pic the left is the rear of the car and the right is toward the front. This is located about the middle of the car in from the passenger/driver door.

Most likely the mechatronic sleeve. It's a pretty messy job as you have to drop the transmission pan to change it. Depending on your mileage, you will probably want to replace the transmission pan too.

Yeah I'm coming to the same conclusion. Only 47K miles. Seems soon to me for failure, but the signs are there.

Cracks in transmission pan or pan gaskets can cause leak also, but mecha sleeve is the number 1 suspect.
