Somethings weird

So this last fill-up i noticed that the first half of the tank i got about 200 miles out of it, but the second half of the tank i only get about 100 miles. My style of driving didn't change. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

300 miles to the tank is pretty average, I think.

You also have to account that when you fill up a tank to the brim, there'll be an overflow of gas that'll be in short amount of piping between the tank itself and where the opening is.

what is your commute like?

I get 380 - 400 miles per tank consistently. each quarter tank is roughly 100 miles for me, or close to it.

Its about 9 miles on the freeway, at 80mph, then about 3 miles in light city traffic.

I get 400 consistently too on a fill up. On my old E90 I could do about 300-330 miles per fill up.

That does seem weird. Noticed any spots under where you normally park?

I'm getting about 300 - 350 miles per tank. Half city miles/ half highway. Those mpgs really fluxuate on me depending on the granny stye D mode vs the DS and M modes.

I sort of had the same issue (first half got me close to 250 then the second half about 100), brought my car in for a transmission problem and they reset everything making the vehicle relearn my habits and after that I started to average between 370 and 400 per tank. Not sure if the two were related but just thought I'd throw my 2cents out there.
