That's why I always pay the stupid fee! But you can still file a claim, I know my friend has before and he won! I think its a claim for unauthorized use or something like that, doesn't hurt to try! So, just file a claim that you didn't authorize the payment and see what happens from there. Good luck.

You need to call your bank, and tell them that you didnt authorize this transaction. Tell them that you want the money back in your account right away and cancel your debit card (if you used it) and to send a new one. The bank will investigate and while you have the money right away. 9/10 times you will win. That point it will be paypal problem and most likely to cover their ass will negate the monies owed from the scammer.

This guy is not going to ship these spacers. He has walked with your money. IF it was his idea for the gift method it was a sign not to do business with him.

Some updates: I found his Linkedin page, hopefully with a bit more searching I can contact his boss. Also found phone number etc. Ball is in his court.
