Do you think you would be able to fit these wheels (specifically the 11" wide rear wheels) with factory shocks and aftermarket springs only? Also, could you get enough negative camber out of the factory eccentric bolt? Essentially, I"m trying to avoid going to a coilover setup but want to run aggressive wheel sizes and offsets, possibly these!

Yes. I had these wheels on my Koni Yellow Shocks/H&R Sport Spring set up.
If they fit my car, they will fit yours especially if you spec more negative camber because I don't even have mine set to full negative.

These wheels are good because it's aggressive yet not too aggressive where it looks VW dumped status. Also, the tires are stretched yet not as stetched as a lot of the aggressive set ups I've seen posted, mainly because event hough it's a 19x11 it's et25, not like et15.
