Looking at potentially getting a remap in the next couple of months with BW Chiptune probably being the tuners.

Have been thinking about getting the DPF removed at the same time not really for any extra horses (although I expect it will free a few more) but more for the extra mpg and turbo longetivity as well as the fact that it will probably block eventually.

Has anyone with a N47 318d/320d removed theirs?

Does it smoke much?
Does it smell?
Do you get more turbo whistle like some of the vids on youtube?
Have you seen much of an increse in mpg?
