Check the voltage at the battery and the jump terminals and disconnect the IBS wires then try to jump the car. If there is sufficient voltage at the battery and you are still unable to power the car you could have a bad CAS module.

I am under warranty, but the car is modded as stated i the original post.

I cannot check the voltage of the battery because i cannot get into the trunk.
I went out and bought a 750 peek booster and still cant boost the car from that, tried with the 2013 civic again with new 2 gauge wire that i bought as well, and still nothing.

I am not sure what you meant about disconnecting the IBS, not sure what that is and where that is. Am i able to do this from under the hood?

also,
If anyone in the NY NJ area willing to come help take off the intake, charge pipe, jb4, that would be great. I will pay for your gas and troubles.

Never had a flat battery like this with my car, but surely you can get into the boot with your key? It should still open mechanically right? I could be wrong though.

Hope you get this sorted out!

its not necesseraly a flat battery vs battery line issue meaning i never got the recall to replace the power wire going from the battery through the car. so hence now im f*cked.

I am able to get into the cabin with the physical little key, but all that does is keep me warm and off the street lol but nothing else.

No I get this, flat battery as in the same predicament, there must be a way to open the boot in such case...

Does the key not unlock and open the boot?

The boot meaning the trunk? There is no keyhole cylinder on the trunk lid anymore. BMW stopped putting it there since 09 if I am not mistaken.

Oh stupid BMW! Why would they do something like that? Oh yes, like when they did away with a proper oil dipstick...

Your car has BMW assist for 4 years. Just call them, they'll tow you.

That's literally the stupidest thing ever. Can a key hole be retrofitted?

Well that's simply the dumbest thing I ever heard (next to no spare tire, no dipstick, no std alarm, etc).

My 09' still has the keyhole to open the trunk on right hand side under the ledge above the license plate.

BMW get's cheaper every year

this happened to me a few weeks ago... you can manually open the trunk with the key which is next to the trunk handle, you'll have to turn it hard as the electronics are dead. If you have a manual i would roll the car a few feet and drop clutch it get it going if you have no one to jump you. also... if you are under warranty just call and they will come flatbed it and replace the battery for free, but if not i'd go on amazon, order a k+dcan cable and get "bmwlogger" (link in the coding section of this forum) to save yourself around 300 dollars of "battery registration" coding fees from the stealership.

You mean to tell me that there is no key hole such as this on an e92 trunk?
