I did not get it serviced for the recall yet because i was not aware of a recall otherwise i would have gotten it done a long time ago.
How would the alternator die just like that? The power in the car is dead. And looks lile i cannot revive it. I was advised by a fellow forum member to disconnect the IBS but not sure what that is or where that is. Can someoje please how to do this. Also, Can anyone be able to help me remove all the crap from the car such as charhe pipe, intake, jb4? Id pay for gas and the help ![]() |

I'm confused. How can the rear seats be locked? If you're able to access the cabin, simply fold down the rear seats and pull the emergency release thing to open your trunk. Isn't it that simple? Do you still have BMW Assist? Maybe they can send in an expert to help you. Hope you don't end up resorting to "slice & dice" just to gain access to your trunk. Good luck.

stop trying to jump start it. That's definitely the positive cable running from the battery to the fuse box. You can move the wires by your fuse box and you will see the power come back.
