I have my cable coming in the next few days. I have setup INPA, Edibias, NCS Expert, Winkfp, & NCS Dummy.

Just wanted to know if I should backup all my car modules and save just in case of a mistake?

I also want to see if I can get some help with my first coding. I want to rollwindows up with key fobb.

I have the code command in a PDF but I dont know enough about it just yet so I wanted to get some help in here on how to do it.

I keep trying to figure out why I am getting this message.

After I copy over the Daten folders I can select my profile, then E89, and then CAS then I get this error in the picture.

If i do the airbag check in INPA i get another VIN error.

I have tried copying everything from Daten updated and ECU and Sdaten folders and then I get ONLY e89 chasis shows up.

I cant get this to work.

Please help.

You don't have connection between your laptop and a car. You need to check your cable configuration.

The light on the cable is flashing like there is data transfer. It lights up orange and then eventually the orange light goes out but the blinking green light stays active. How do I check to see if its configured right? I already set usb port to com1.

I double checked cable config and set the timeout to 1ms. There was no buffer options other than that available.

I also turned my JB4 stage 2 to map 0 which bypasses the CAN control as well.

still getting errors.

Here is what happens.

1. I select profile, and load.
2. I select E89
3. I select CAS
4. Error comes up

In INPA same I get errors as well.

1. load INPA
2. select E90 (F9)
3. select airbag module
4. I get an error.

**UPDATE**

I did some more reading and found out about the 7&8 pin connection. Mine were soldered together. I pulled out my soldering gun and removed the bridge between the 2 pins.

When I try to read things in INPA I get a red X error and if i hit dont continue or cancel It shows a yellow "stopped" status on the lower left side. If I keep hitting continue It will read everything.

Now I can get INPA to connect and read a few things. Also now when I load NCS expert and try to connect to CAS I do not get a VIN faulty anymore. I get some other weird error.

I installed 2.12. But updated Daten files. Not sure why it's doing this tho.

some how i got it to work and coded my windows to roll up.

I do not have the BC_Digital_V in my TSW PSW.TRC or MAN file.

I also added commands to make mirrors fold and almost all codes for that and for turning license plate lights on while unlocking are not there.

Then I started getting errors of incorrect CPO or something so its back to square one.

UPDATE

I am up and running, i have coded the fobb to close the windows, and the moonroof and disabled the windows safety feature for not rolling uo when the door is open. I cant seem to get the angel eyes, fog lights or tail lights to come on with key unlocking with fobb.

I also cant get the mirrors to fold with fobb either and I have changed the values to aktiv on the following commands:

ASP_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP
SPIEGEL_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP


However i cant execute this command

SONDERTASTE_PANIKALARM

when i change to aktiv it wont let me process the ecu.
