Driver side turn signal always on!!

What would make my driver front turn signal lamp to stay on constantly even if I turn the car off? It just stays lit all the time. It won't blink either. I changed the bulb and that didn't help.

Is the back one also lit?

Nope just the front. The rear blinks fast when I try to use the turn signal, like a bad bulb. But all the bulbs are new and good.

It has to be something to do with the wiring. The bulb has to getting power from somewhere.
