**NOTE: This is a BMW buy-back car (corrected title) solely due to a faulty Navigation screen. I have BMW documentation showing the issue was corrected prior to me purchasing it 4+ years ago (I have had no problems with it). For this reason, car is being sold under KBB value.

I don't think 3 Series got Integral Active Steering until next generation.
E9x Active Steering only changes front wheel steering ratio at different speed.

When I purchased the car from the dealer I was told it was rear wheels, also. I have the build sheet for the car - it was a $1400 option.

I checked my owners manual - Danas is correct, the active steering applies to the front wheels only. Danas, thanks for the clarification.
