Recommended map COBB accessport

What cobb map to run with:
ETS 5" FMIC, downpipes, ER chargepipe, NGK plugs, stock air filter.

I read some posts saying stage 1 aggressive performs better than some stage 2 maps, I have 93oct available.

I guess Stage 2 Aggressive it is

My car seems to run excellent now on Stage 1 Sport, since I did this in past two weeks: 2 new front o2 sensors (on dps), 6 new coils, new NGK plugs, oil change, and the mods above.

I changed all coils/plugs because I got a misfire code/coil code, so I was also going to send my logs to COBB.

Log and see if you're happy with the amount of timing pulls. Depending on the quality of your gas, even though it's rated at 93, you may end up happier with Sport than with Aggressive. But you will want the extra boost of Stage2+ regardless.

Log Stg2+ Sport just to make sure the hardware is ready to go on a conservative timing curve, then log and run E30 if possible.

you should be on stage2+ aggressive with your mods. Which variation depends on the fuel quality.

you have 93 where you are. I would load stage2+ sport and log, if all looks good then stage 2+ aggressive it is

Hey sorry for the late update guys.

So the same night, I flashed to Stage 2 Sport, and went for a midnight run.
The car is very strong smooth, runs excellent with all the new parts and mods.

I try to only fill up 93oct at Chevron, but I'm still hesitant on trying the Stage 2 Aggressive.

It's not really "aggressive" in the grand scheme of things. If the car likes the Sport map, it'll likely be fine with the aggressive map. I never liked Cobb's nomenclature, it dissuades people from using the proper map IMO.

Log and post it here.

AS 135pats said, it's not as aggressive as you think. If logs look good, then step it up.

Btw, by stage 2 you mean stage2+, right?

i would suggest if you have a manual doing stage 2+ aggressive and etting the free pro tuning available and improve it a bit. if you have an auto or manual with upgraded clutch the e30 map is alot more fun.

Yes Stage 2+, for FMIC and DPs. Been running excellent on stg2+ sport.
I guess I'll leave it on sport even though I have 93oct here.

I might try aggressive. Don't get to drive too often anyway, places that are fun are at least 2 hours away. No time

Log it! you might be leaving a bit on the table.

Also, try out the E30map if you have E85 around.

You need to upgrade the stock air box as it is so restriction. At least get a K&N drop in.

I used K&N in the past, not a huge fan. And I'm not going to change the airbox or get a DCI.
Anyone use the pipercross or AFe filter? Those are the other two options I see on ecs tuning.

p.s. the car seems to be happy with the stock air filter. I do replace it pretty often usually with every oil change (3000 miles).

Where is that E30 map? Do I need to download it especially or it's already in the accessport?

There is one Chevron gas station about 20min away from me with e85.

READ. And then download the map to your AP, give it a few pulls to adapt, and log.

It's so much better than the pump gas maps. Runs too rich IMO but all in all it's a nice map for E30.

I am FBO with AFE stage 2 intake just on pump fuel.
While logging I could notice a loss of power down low with the stock intake.

I went back to stock intake to check IAT temps with AFE stage 2 and the stock intake.

(IAT the same with both intakes on highway WOT and cruise)

IMO car likes the aftermarket filter.

Anyway.. as long as your log your map changes
