Low Oil Temperature

Had HPFP replaced and software update by dealer.

Now car does not fully "warm-up"--oil temps are running much lower. Prior to the HPFP replacement, temps were around 240---now, on a 50 mile drive, temp is around 200. I noticed my mileage (MPG) is lower too.

Dealer says this is normal according to the technician. When an update is done, the car needs to "re-learn," the drivers habits.

Is the dealer incorrect or should a re-flash cause lower oil operating temperature?

Can anyone confirm that lower oil temps are normal following a reflash?
