They are stamped 2008 I believe they are good on all pre lci models.. The monitors came with a set of wheels I picked up from a forum member, but with no valve stems. I have the screws from the back of the valve stems. If your unsure that the monitors are good for your car just let me know what car you have and il find out for you. I'm sure you can find a set of valve stems cheap online, or just ask your local tire shop I'm sure they can get their hands on a set

I've actually asked around at my local firestone/sears/etc... they don't sell valve stems for our TPMS's I've heard you have to get them from the dealership or places like ECSTuning?

When you get a chance... please let me know the month/day stamped on your 2008 TPMS's. It will say something like:

433MHZ DD/MM/YY

DD = 2 digit Day (01-31)
MM = 2 digit Month (01-12)
YY = 2 digit year (06-08)

UPDATE:
I just noticed the pics... it says Jan 14th, 2008

Wow buying used/old tpms that only have a battery lifespan of 4-5 years. Seems legit.

It's true that used doesn't last as long as new... I think that is why they are selling them for less than the new price? You pay your money and you pick your part, but there is no reward without any risk. I've heard that some of these TPMS's can go about 10 years (It just depends on usage).
