Clutch slipping, need advice!

Recently my car has been acting funny. Currently 7,5000 km.
I always thought it was due to spark plugs or the coils. But today when i got my alignment done, my mechanic test drove the car and told me the clutch was slipping. I did some research and the symptoms are very similar to what it was described as clutch slipping.

Basically in second and third gear, rpm goes up really fast and car does not pull until 5k to 6k rpm.

My questions:
1. Is clutch covered under warranty?
2. If not, how much would it cost to get it replaced (location is GTA)?
3. Should I replace the flywheel as well?

Thanks in advance

1. Clutch is considered a wear & tear item similar to brakes. No warranty
2. I have been told around $1500 approx.

1. No
2. 2k
3. Maybe - depends on the condition after opening

You really burnt your clutch really fast bro. Call Nick "Havok", it happened to him
on his old white 328i. I think the car has 85k and he spent 2k at StreetXtreme.

I overheard BMW Wizard quote another customer with a 328 sedan less than $1000 (?)

Wouldn't hurt asking him

It's not actually burnt, I just feel that it is slipping. I am going on a road trip, and i rather have everything taken care off before I head out. Car has served me very well, considering that I drive a lot daily and plus I am a pretty aggressive driver once in a while.

BMW.ca has clutch service at $978 according to their value service pricing.

"Clutch offer includes clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing and exhaust hardware. Flywheel is not included."

Thanks bro, I am going to compare prices and see which one to go to. I think the flywheel is the most expensive part. Dont know if I will have to change that too. Damn.

Go straight to ROCCO at RMP motors
Don't waste time with the dealership. He has BMW authorization for warranty repairs (that's how great his work is!)

Gazetta you mean for aftermarket Warrenty right?

I'm confused . I agree RMP is great but do not understand the Warrenty?
