Hello everyone.

First off, big thanks to bmw325i for helping me with the installation via text in real time. Couldn't have done it without you bro . Also, thank you kaigoss69, taibanl and technic for valuable information and answering preliminary questions for the install.

I have successfully replaced my Logic 7 system with Pioneer AVIC Z150B HU, JBL MS-8, and installed SWS-8xi which are run by Rockford Fosgate P300x2.




In turn, OEM HU was moved to the trunk. Only the CAN+- wires were routed to the trunk, and I used the optical connection for OEM L7 amp to connect the HU, while placing a MOST loop in the dash. Power and Ground for OEM HU was connected via 12v and ground on technic's L7 harness for OEM L7 amp. No problems.

My speaker setup are as follows:
CH1 -> RL
CH2 -> RR
CH3 -> SWS L ext amped
CH4 -> SWS R ext amped
CH5 -> C
CH6 -> Rear Side L in series
CH7 -> Rear Side R in series

Calibration:
Sub: None
Fronts: 2-way, Front Lo/Hi 180Hz,
Center: 1-way, Center Hi 180Hz,
Sides: 1-way, Side Hi 100Hz
Rear: None

It looks good. You should consider this double din kit later on though. I like the way it fits at the bottom with the pioneer headunits.
