E91 Trunk roller cover

Hello.
I own an e91 and sometimes (or most the times) when I open the trunk window or doble press the open trunk, the roller cover of the trunk wont go up as ussualy.I already try to press the trunk window button to see if something worng but cant fing anything.
Can you guys help me?

On ours about 20% of the time the roller cover opens when you single press the open trunk button.
