You might want to check out EFI Logics in Connecticut. They really know what they're doing.

I just got an alignment there. The place is a car-lover's dream. I also got to hang out and play Battlefield on their PS3 while I waited.

I went to RCT Performance in college point, queens yesterday for my alignment. Car drives handles better than ever. They even go by appointment.

I don't know if these guys do alignment, but I'd call and find out. It's a well-known shop.

I live in Union County also.
Try Sean at Eurosport in Westfield. Great tech who left JMK to go on his own. I am not 100% sure he has an alignment rack. If he sends them out disregard.

Next would be German Car Shop in Edison. Rob is a member on E46Fan. Great people.

Reach out to me, I might be able to assist you with some more details....

RCT has got my vote too. They're in College Point, NY so it may be a bit out of the way for you

Theres a place in Elizabeth on the corner of Rahway ave and Elmora, I forgot the name of the place but it's a little puerto rican tire/repair shop / gas station. I know it sounds a little skechy but he has a hunter hawk eye machine, I wouldn't go further than the alignment there. Ive taken my 335 xi there a few times and I never had any issues, everything was fine. I went a few weeks ago and he charged me $100.

I get my alignment done at my local firestone (at the woodbridge mall, NJ) so they are very familiar with my 335xi. I just paid a one time fee of about $200 for a lifetime alignment agreement. The only issue is they won't do my front camber because of the locking pins (but the again i shouldn't have any front camber issues because of the locking pin unless i have bent suspension parts).

I believe firestone will even check your alignment for free and tell u how much it is off by. maybe that is a cheaper way to go???

Dealerships will also price match other dealerships coupons for all services including alignments. i'm pretty sure u can even find a $100 alignment deal for a dealership which will set the pins and use the weight bags in the cars.

Just make sure you do one thing, please bring the car with a full tank of gas when u go to do your wheel alignment. Because fuel is weight!!! PM me if u need any help or info about alignments.

I believe all u need to reset active steering during an alignment is do a lock to lock turn. The alignment machine basically tells the tech EVERYTHING step-by-step on what to do. Any HS kid could do this job.

$189 for active steering from the dealership is not bad. I have active steering also and had bad results when I tried to get it aligned at a non dealer. Do you mind telling what dealership offered that price.
