Heads up: TINT KING - Billerica, MA

So recently I just sourced a replacement rear glass for my 325 as my current one has basically shit the bed and gotta go. That said, I have to get my replacement tinted and planned on returning to "TINT KING" in Billerica. They did the work on my car just over a year and a half ago and a fantastic job it was/is. Anyways, I found out today that the guy that performed the work, Randy Humphries recently won the 2013 Automotive Tint-Off Championship down in Florida. Not that I follow tinting competitions, but when a guy's crowned the best tint installer on the planet, that's saying something. So, if you're hankering for an awesome tint with quality materials and the best installer in the business, check out "TINT KING"!

I have had every car I have owned (except for my e90 which was already tinted) done by them. They have always been hospitable, reasonably priced, and stand behind their exceptional work. They did a 2nd gen eclipse hatch in one piece! I thought that was impossible and he did it and it came out perfectly.

Would not hesitate to go there again or recommend them to anyone.

I have taken my past few cars there as well as my bro's and wife's. I used to go to Eastern Glass Tinting but found these guys more convenient and great quality.

They have nice little hangout upstairs with Wifi and TV.

While I had my tint done there and was very happy with the quality of the rear dot matrix, I gotta say that this post reads like a paid advertisement more than anything else. What with the name in capitals and quotes and linked always...

Hah, just saying it's written like an infomercial!

Glad to hear the 189s are still working out for you! It's been like two and a half years now since that meet-up I think, crazy how fast time goes by.

That all depends on the film you'd like. I went with the medium grade stuff they offered and paid $300. That was for the rear windshield and all four windows. The top of the line ceramic film was like 400-450 if my memory serves me right.

The people I sold my legacy to before I bought the BMW were forced to remove the tint I had them install when they went to get the car inspected. Made me sad to see all that work disappear... then they totaled the car a few months later :'(
