Your plugs should be around 45-50k if you're not tuned. Your key fob should tells you when. If you're tuned, its every 20-25k

OP has 335i

Spark Plug Service (not shown in CBS).
Replace at the following intervals:
328i versions: 100,000 miles
335i versions: 45,000 miles

Let's be clear: There is no "45K service", as everything is condition-based.

The manual says that the 335i gets it's plugs changed at 45K (although some dealerships have refused to do so, even when pointed to the manual where it says so.) Only 328i have 100K plugs.
