New Injectors and Old OFT File

I recently had my injectors replaced with the latest version, which meant I turned the car to stock before taking it to the dealership. Should I restart the OFT process and copy the DME code (there was no reflashing done at the dealer to my knowledge) or just reflash with the file I was using prior to the change in injectors?

Same file should be fine.

Cool. I also installed a CPE FMIC, and I want to see how well it keeps the IAT in check.
