Wheels or Suspension

If you had only one purchase to make and you were limited to say no more than $1500 would you upgrade your stock 17" style 284's with RFT's or spend the money on suspension upgrade likely KW V1? I am leaning toward KW V1's.

I'd say suspension

Even with upgraded rims, I'd still be hyper focused on the awful wheel gap
