dent repair

Hi....about to purchase a car...has a bad dent on the rear quarter panel by the taillight...just wondering if anyone has a clue how much this might be to fix up? Paint appears chipped as well sadly. Do I need a new quarter panel it looks slightly crunched...vs just being a simple circular ding..

rear bumper got a hole after hitting curb

Hi,

My 2011 328i got bumped on to a curb and made a dent with a hole. Is it a better option to get it fixed from bmw dealer ? How much will it cost to fix this kind of stuff ? This is my first beamer and i feel very bad about this.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

rvruggiero - That doesn't look repairable since the dent is on that body line edge. The missing paint will require sanding of the area and blending of clear coat. Most likely it will require a new panel and a paint job to look right. Easily over $1000. I could be wrong. Look up a local paintless dent repair professional to see if that is a possible repair. Good luck!

andy - i have a feeling that most dealerships contract their dent repairs out to local repair shops. Your picture isn't showing up, can you repost?
