Curb Rash fix?

Is there any DIY to some slight curb rash i got this afternoon??

I would check YouTube. There are at least a couple of videos on curb rash repair. I'm just too lazy to do, so I leave it to the professionals like Son Tran. He's amazing but he's a bit far from you.
