Hi Satish
My car has exactly the same issue as your car had, the engine cranks but doesn't fire up in cold weather. today it was 10 degrees and it started ok first time; I got the glow plugs replaced which didn't help.
Could you please tell me what relay did you change? and where did you buy it from? is it a DIY job?

Hi Shaza,

I am sorry not sure what relay was changed, all the guy said was it was a relay and it cost me extra £73 on top of the cost of replacing the glow plugs...

Ok, thanks very much for the reply.
After some research it may be the glow plug relay! I will suggest to the mechanic to test that first.

I think it was the glow plug relay for me as well, if I remember correctly
