Help!

Well, I got some 10mm spacers for Rogue Engineering and it came with silver lug bolts. I can't put it with the OEM wheel black bolts on the front (black wheel bolts on the front and silver bolts on the rear? ).
I painted the silver bolts with flat black but it did not stick at all. Any tricks to make it work?

Suggestions please....

Just trying to clarify, you're trying to paint the new silver lug bolts black?

you'll have to scuff the silver bolts so the paint has something to stick to. A smooth finished surface does not gove the paint anything to adhere to. 200 grit sandpapaer should do the trick....
By the way.... what black bolts?

Yes, im trying to paint the silver bolts with black.

The black lug bolts are the original BMW wheel bolts.

I did sand it and use primer to help it stick. But as I tighten it, it peeled off.

I can't think of any paint you could do yourself that would stay on the threads when you tighten the bolt. Maybe try just painting the head? Otherwise you could have the bolts black anodized for you, or just try and find some black bolts the right length to buy. Hope this helps.

this one helps, I think anodizing is the key to make it work. I cant find black bolts with 35mm length It comes in silver or chrome only. thanks Ghunger!
