Update: Got it to pass. Took it to the dealership to have the checked it out, turns it was a reading from the post cat O2 sensor due to a tiny exhaust leak. Just needed to tighten the exhaust and reset the bank one sensor. Took it right from the dealer to the smog shop and it passed with flying colors. Just an FYI if this happens to anyone that's stock.

Oh and from what the dealership told me, there's apparently no charge in CA for emission-related work. I assume this is based off of the model year, any modifications, etc., but I paid nothing at the dealership.

Just as I suspected. Glad you took it to the dealer and got it fixed so easily.
