i have a brand new, never used light weight pulley for the n54. Its white/silver, they dont make this color anymore. ECS tuning only makes the black pulley now. They retail for around $140. i never had time to put it on and im selling the car soon

Less rotating mass/drag. Similar to what a light weight flywheel would do, not give you more HP/TQ, but help put more of it (what you have already) to the ground.
