I've been looking into this LSD thing but, given the cost and the way I drive, I don't think I need it. I drive in a "spirited" way and have a hard time keeping the speedo under 80, but I don't drag race or care to "drift" and I haven't lost traction or caused the DSC to kick in and bog down my 335i in turns yet.
The way I drive incorporates a technique called the PACE; it's a motorcycling concept which involves throttle control which allows you to ride/drive through the twisties at the fastest possible speed w/o touching your brakes. Riding/driving in this way is very SMOOTH and involves absolutely no loss of traction. See: http://www.motorcyclistonline.com/fl...nick_ienatsch/ Those who do need LSD either track their cars or drive WAY faster than I do and, if that's the way y'all drive, more power too you.
