I'm sure someone can tell you specifically but I just used the Castrol web site for my Mini: input your car reg and the correct oil comes up.
Just purchased from Eurocarparts incidentally as they had the Castrol Edge 0W-30 I wanted at a pretty good price, £31, 4L, delivered (and its the same oil for my Mini and E91 330D). Is BMW LL04 |

EIther go onto Euro car parts website or Opie oils, out your reg in and it should give you a list of options - I think it most likely to be 5w30 (but please double check) and LL04 compliant.
I tend to use Mobil ESP 5w 30 as I get 10 litres for £63 and plus it comes in 5 litres whereas the castrol only comes in 4 litres. |
