hey man just checked out your build thread and it looks awesome.

Um yeah and i want to send a couple pics back and forth to see if they mount the same. I think we'd have to swap the metal brackets on the underside that carry the rubber grommets, etc.

I live in Knoxville, TN... idk what shipping would be

I don't know how to remove my cover first off lol But my cars build date of 10/06 and a 2007 model with a black cover 328i

Incidentally, the I believe the silver engine cover is exclusive to 2006 model E90's. Pre-Lci vs LCI isn't the issue -- my 2007 328xi (pre-lci) had a black engine cover. My 2006 330 has a silver one.
