I purchased the car from the original owner in 2008 with 34k miles. The car is in great condition overall. Oil changes every 7,500 miles. All other scheduled maintenance performed and all service records since I purchased are available. Water pump changed at about 80k miles as preventative maintenance (it never failed on this car)

Hopefully the market is stronger in NY. I gauged the market mostly in the CA area based on the limited number of manual transmission 330i sedans. It didn't seem TOO cheap, but also didn't seem expensive compared to other cars on the market. Definitely a good value for how clean this car shows in person.

Thanks! All tires have pretty good tread on them, I can get more specific measurements on them. Other than that everything else is functional.
