Talking Cup holders not opening rear passenger (central) armrest

I was tidying the interior in a manic hurry and put a "flat" item in one of the cupholders to "hide" it and pushed the cupholders tray thing back in. Now when I push the cupholder tray to get it to pop out it's stuck!!! Help!

Just put a butter knife if behind it and pry it out. It won't be anything serious.

What's with all this vague "" malarky?

I've got a similar problem but it's one of the front cup holders, would a knife work with that as well??

Yeah. Other option is remove the facia (2 second job) and remove the cup holder. (2 screws)

It happened on mine so I took them out, popped the cover off and re greased the sliders. All good now and takes 20 mins to do.
