328i's aren't selling anywhere near the rate 335i coupes are. It's really not an apples to apples comparision if thats your point. There just arent' $2,500 deals to be had here like in Cali. Keep in mind this is an 08 not an 07.

I ended up going with BMW of Dallas. $1595 off with an offer to split comfort access (my cost $250 instead of $500). So a net of $1,345 and free comfort access. I'm pretty happy. I won't even begin to tell you what Classic said when I asked them to match the original $1,175 offer. Actually, I will. They were so offended they revoked my $750 off offer. Assholes.

Thanks! Going to put the deposit down on the new car tomorrow. Off the top of your head, are you ever contractually bound when ordering a car? I just want to make sure they can't come after me for the vehicle I ordered at Classic even though they revoked the offer. First time ordering a call, so its probably a stupid question. I would appreciate any help though. Thanks!

I changed my order and I'm very glad I did. Classic proved once again to be a bunch of assholes. Don't waste your time with those guys.
