Are these warranty options fair?

Guys, I need your opinion on if this is a good deal or not for the extended warranty I was offered from the dealership.
What are your thoughts? Feedback would be much appreciated.

- Im located in S. Florida incase that affects pricing.
- 84/100,000 = 4130.00 PLUS TAX, PLATINUM
- 84/100,000 = 3720.00 PLUS TAX, GOLD
- 84/70,000 = 3730.00 PLUS TAX, PLATINUM
- 84/70,000 = 3370.00 PLUS TAX, GOLD

Ive got a few questions that Im hoping you guys have answers to regarding these extended warranty option BMW is offering. Any answers you have would be awesome, thanks.

The main questions with these warranties are... Does the pricing above look about right for full coverage?
And is there anything overly important that would not be covered in either of these warranties that I should know about?
Would the 7 year timeframe start on the date the car was purchased... Or when the car was delivered on lot?
Finally, would you guys recommend getting these warranties if your car was at 45K and would have about 3 years under one of these plans?
