Nice! I remember racing this guy at shift sector, he was running the motec fuel system and supplemental port injection at the time, his single turbo was screaming pulling away from me!
Excited to see where this leads, he was still dialing in the final changes at the event so I would imagine they are just about finished.

They need at least 100 people to make it worth putting the effort into producing it. There's definitely that many people out there looking for more power and less walnut blasting in this community. Hell, I'd even be interested when I get mine if it meant I didn't have to fuss over cleaning the runners anymore.

Looks nice in theory, supplemental PI is exactly what we need. Keeping DI is optimal so having port spray on top of that with a standalone would be sweet.
Someone shoot for 800WHP pls.

I really don't see 100 people putting down deposits on this manifold...

Expensive.
Imagine a 7.5K revving, supplemental PI, 900WHP built N54. I do wonder at what point the partially open deck becomes a limiting factor, almost all the other important OE parts are either replaceable or quite strong from the factory.

I hope they have CFD data to back it up. that design is a little funky. Although I don't think port injection is the answer to our short comings, but it is nice to see someone working on a manifold

Most platforms just dump DI all together once they've reached its limit for simplicity. Do they make a dedicated fuel controller because otherwise that seems WAY overboard for supplemental fueling. I wonder how he set it up but I bet the port injection doesn't even come on line until high rpm/load. |

I assume they went the way they did for ease of install and not having to mess which with the stock charge pipe routing. I'm not 100% sure you could easily get a charge pipe up to the throttle body with a forward facing log style manifold... Supplemental port fuel seems like a fine upgrade to me...cleans the valves, ignores the HPFP limitations. An upgraded HPFP would be ideal but no one seems to be even close to a solution...

HAHAHAHA, assuming you're talking about an Motec M800, you're gonna put a $5k EMS + Wiring/Sensors + Tuning (Close to $10k wrapped up) on a car you can buy used $15-20k??
This kit is only going to be for the extreme setups (Big Single/Twin Turbos), they're gonna have trouble finding 100 interested people, especially with out data proving it works reliably.
