My question is, would it be compatible with an 09 e90? And how much would it cost to have my dashboard removed and that installed at a shop?

Will it fit an E92? I need a dash I am guessing I want the navigation bits though

It will fit any e9x. It depends on the installer.
It would be difficult to install the complete harness therefore alteration in the current harness would be better option.
