So I was driving earlier, then all of a sudden my car kinda shaked, and saw the "service engine soon" popped out, also noticed the idle went less than 1, everytime I step on the gas, it kinda shake and I should say kinda choking and struggling to keep up and what I do is I pull over to the side and turn off the car, turn on again the service engine soon is gone.

Do you guys know what kind of service do I need?
I have a hunch that it's the ignition coils, been searching google and the other fellow bimmers have the same problem as I have. I dont want to take my car to the dealership, they charge alot.
Do you guys think it's easy to change?

Btw my car has 66k miles already and it's 328i.

Scan the car for the exact error but yeah if I was you id replace the spark plugs and coils.

Do I need to change all 6 spark plugs and 6 coils? I don't have scanner. And kinda newb to this, and is it still safe to drive the car eventhough I have these issue?

Same thing happened to me. It's been ok ever since. There was no error codes stored when I scanned mine.
