Also, are there any deck lid spoilers that can replicate this type of "ducktail" look without buying an entirely new trunk?

CSL trunk. CSL trunk spoilers are sold as an add-on as well but fitment is horrible. You would be better off buying a full trunk

my guess is that its the Vorsteiner CSL trunk

lol that is my friends car you will need a new trunk for anything close to that the add on spoilers look like asshole unless you mold it but still look too thick around the edges
