Question
When I drive less than 30mph my left rear wheel makes a grinding noise. It has new brake pads and rotors. Could it be my calipers are seized up ? If I can post a video of the noise I will later after work. Thank you

is it a grinding noise? or does it sound like a crunchy metal sound?
