Radiator Fan stays on after parked

For the first time since I have owned this car (5 months an 5k miles), the radiator fan stayed on after I shut down in the garage. Air temp 55-60 degrees. Leisurely 5 minute drive to refuel...then another 5 to drop off daughter at a friend's house...then a 15 minute "long way home" at a leisurely pace.

What is going on here?

Most likely just a regen wasn't complete.
