Stay away from Spark HID!
Usually don't do this but they deserved it. Just going to copy and paste my other review:
So I just wanted to let the community know of my experience with the people at SparkHID.COM. I had needed new ballasts because my original ones went bad. I went out to meet a guy at this number: (847) 414-7564. I had gotten his information through a Craigslist ad. He sold me 2 ballast for $50 and some wiring for $20-$25 I can't remember. It worked fine at first but after not even a month they stopped working. I had to end up buying a new set of ballasts online but figured it was ok since I can just return the ones I bought from sparkhid. I had even made sure to ask when originally buying them if I could return them if there were any problems and he said yes at the time. Since I was busy with exams I wasnt able to return them within the first month but I went back to him less than 5 weeks later. I asked to return them and he refused to give me a full refund. He also started claiming he didn't charge to install them when they did not install them at all. I had to go somewhere and pay another $50 to get them installed and another $30 to get my new ballast I ordered online reinstalled since these went bad. He also claimed didn't charge me for his advise which was hilarious. First of all his only advice was I needed new ballast and second who the hell charges for advice?? Loll. Terrible customer service if you ask me. He even said ballast should last "years" and his product failed to last me 1 MONTH! To top it off the guy literally told me "ok just dont be cursed by god"!!! As a customer I have never been spoken to like that before. I don't recommend buying from people with customer service like this no matter how well they may be priced. If the products don't last its useless. And if they don't give you a refund it's just money down the drain. You have been warned! |

lol, I know that story. My local shops are outrageously expenxive and the cheap chinese ballasts never lasted more than a few months in my car. For lighting stuff, I only use Morimoto replacements. They are a little pricier, but have so far been well worth the expense. Their customer service is the best that I have ever seen for a predominantly online company.

so he didn't charge for services he didn't give you? i'd say ask for a refund for those too but.. it's past the 1 month return policy window?
not sure you are the most pleasant customer to deal with as i vaguely remember one of your past accounts of another service provider and how it seemingly lacked legitimacy as this one. basically you're complaining that they wouldn't issue a full refund after the 1 month return window was up right?
