Connecting Mosconi one 120.4DSP

Hi guys
Since I've read a few threads about fitting the Mosconi One 120.4DSP in here I thought I could get an answer to my question regarding Wiring the thing.
I bought a kit from a UK shop in fall 2013 with the One 120.4DSP amp and the front speakers for a fairly good price ans is about to get it fitted.

In the kit theres a plug and play harness for 2 channels and speaker cable for the woofers under the seats.

So I imagine that the front speakers in the doors are connected by the plug and play harnes and the OEM wiring, and the woofers directly from the amp to the speakers under the seats.
But how should I set the amp for this connection? as a 2 channel or 4 channel?
Looking at this PDF, I don't get much wiser....

Can anyone help?

Your still using the amp as a 4 channel, 2 for the fronts and 2 for the subs.

Sorry you've got me confused now lol. Yes you have a 2 channel high level input so the switch is set to 2 channel.
I did mine a while ago now and if I remember i was as confused as you lol

2 channel, as with two channel input ---> 4 channel output.
If you click it to 4 channel, then two channels will go silent.
