e90/e92 h&r sport springs 07-09

I have a used set of h&r sport springs for sale. Only used about 5k. I paid $240+ shipped for them. Looking for $125 locally picked up. Text me and I can show you pics of them on my car. Gives a nice clean drop. Also have my modified stock exhaust for $75 locally picked up. I gutted out the resonator and all of the filling inside. Costed $180 for labor so this is a steal. are the springs still avail? what's the drop? and will they fit an e90 m3?

Rears will fit an M3 but the fronts won't. I looked into this before I got my M3 specific springs.
