Is anyone aware of what this person did with their M3 in Melbourne, Australia?

The only thing that I could think of is that they were reflective or glow in the dark wraps/strips. I read up on this cool stuff called Super-LumiNova when I was buying a watch recently.

Wow. I've seen this trend on Lamborghinis. Google Tron Lamborghini. It doesn't look great on the Lamborghini either but at least it has sharp lines and is extreme looking so it sort of pulls it off. Doesn't have the same effect on other cars obviously, haha.

Seems like they are in the process of vinyl wrapping their car white. The white strips you see are for the vinyl seams. It's a common practice for vinyl though it's frowned upon by professional wrappers.
