2006 330i 6MT Sport + Nav Lease Assumption

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I am looking for someone to assume the lease on a 2006 BMW 330i Sport

Lease Payment: $557.59/mo includes taxes
Original Lease Term: 3 yrs/30k miles
Remaining Lease Term: 19 months
Current Mileage: 10,000
Remaining Miles: 20,000

The original MSRP of $41,995 included:
330i - 6 speed manual
Mystic Blue metallic exterior
Black Leatherette interior
Dark Burl wood trim
Sport Package with 18" wheels
8-way power front sport seats (includes 2-way headrests and thigh support)
Heated front seats
Comfort Access
Nav with iDrive
SIRIUS Satellite Radio
Xenon adaptive headlights

Warranty
The vehicle is covered by BMW for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Tire/wheel warranty is included in monthly lease costs and will cover repair/replacement on the run flat tires ($450 a piece)

Service
The 15,000 mile service was performed early (at 9,000) by Classic BMW in Plano, TX.

End of Lease:
The residual value of the vehicle is $27,927.25 and can be purchased for that amount at the end of lease.

Should anyone wish to purchase the vehicle outright, the payoff amount today is $37,856.43.

Buyer will assume the lease for the remainder of the term (19 months). I will split the transfer fees ($450) with the buyer $225 each. TX tags/inspection are good through 9/08

Lease assumption process:
The buyer will contact BMW Financial Services("BMWFS"). BMWFS will run a standard consumer credit check on the buyer, and then will send the buyer forms for lease assumption (forms stating that you agree to pay the $557 per month for the remainder of the term).

Uhh, who's going to be the first to break it to you? The zhp (as of now) is an e46-only option. It ended on the i's in 2005, (Ci's in 2006).
