Peter Pan BMW

Anyone have experience with them? I have heard some bad reviews and now I'm a bit paranoid about the order that I just placed with them for Euro Delivery.

The dealership got pretty good ratings (Is rated 7th best BMW dealer in the nation) I can't see them fucking your ordered car up, unless it's damaged on the way to the dealer. But that would be the car carriers fault.

I meant that when it comes time to sign the deal (a week before euro pick up), they could make the deal higher and what not. I read some reviews about them raising prices on something that's already been agreed upon. I think the 7th in the nation rating is due to sales, not necessarily customer service.

They hate modified cars and most people there are full of it.
I wouldn't go back if I lived a block away.

This is in regards to service...if it's sales, you should be fine.

When my car arrived they called me to come pick up the car 2 days later and at night.

i found out a year later that my passenger side door was repainted and my fender didnt line up.

Seriously, never deal with Peter Pan BMW in regards to any service. Don't even purchase a part there. Even their parts "specialists" are incompetent and have no idea what they're talking about. Turn over rate there must be high...

Fremont BMW is hands down the best. Worth the extra drive to get a better price and service.

That's what I'm a bit afraid of. I'm planning to do Euro Delivery. When the car arrives they have to do the delivery prep work and who knows what could happen...

My opinion will come solely based on the prior experiences I have received.

I purchased my used BMW 335i last November. The previous owner took it to the BMW Peter Pan SERVICE center. My service assistant was Jordan Carric. She was very sweet and any questions or inquiries I had, she would let me know in person or she would call me as soon as she found the information.
Moreover, when I had the car serviced, they went above and beyond by not only putting oil (Correctly), but doing a full vehicle inspection report and washing the car inside & out.

Moreover, my car was stuttering (after installing the Cobb AP), and I freaked out. Took it back to Jordan, and found out that the issue was a bad coil. Nonetheless, the repair was expensive...it's what you'd expect from a dealer. But they did the job correctly and I haven't experienced any issues since then.

Now, if you're asking about the Peter Pan BMW on El Camino, then I DO have negative experiences there. Firstly, I am Hispanic, but I get confused for being Arabic. Yes, I did feel a sense of racial profiling when I've gone there a handful of times. I have been dressed nicely and looked like a bum, but neither times did any of their employees walk up to me and ask me for assistance. I literally roamed around for 20 minutes looking at their cars until I sat inside an M6, and was asked if I needed help. Lol.
Additionally, I have been talked down to not purchasing a car from them because "I didn't have the money" to buy a newer car. They recommended me to not purchase a used BMW if I didn't have the money because of the "expensive repairs" of a 335i. Rather I should "purchase a Honda."
*(2 days later I purchased my 335i).

The Service Center is great.
The actual dealer is partially full of a majority (not all) of chauvinists employees.

EDIT:
One last thing. One great person to order parts from the service center is, Tom. He has also gone above his duties by giving me employee discounts on some parts. I.e. their center caps are pretty expensive, and with him, I saved about 30%-40% for the entire set. He's really nice and will do what he can to help you find the parts.
Front desk is also pretty nice (especially one of the voluptuous ladies). Lol.

^ Boy it seems like not many people have good experience with them. I'm curious as to how they were on BMW's best dealers list.

Service wise they suck, half assed my repairs on my CPO 335i which, thankfully, BMW of San Francisco fixed. Not only that, my car came back with a extra 100 miles on the odo in only 2 days when I got my car back from Peter Pan, they ran it way past empty & tried to justify the 4 "test drives". I don't want to get too much into it since I don't want to get worked up
